Universal Music France has launched a blog designed for Web entrepreneurs to submit new projects linking music with new technologies. Projects posted on the blog will be only visible by the Universal team, a spokeswoman tells Billboard.biz. The fate of those projects that prove to be of interest to the major remains vague at press time. (Billboard)
