Motorola Inc. said Sunday evening that it completed its earlier-announced purchase of Singapore-based Soundbuzz Pte. Ltd, a leading provider of digital music downloads in Asia. Motorola said the purchase will expand its Greater China music platform, MotoMusic, to India and Southeast Asia. (Chicago Tribune)
