International labels and artists have access to a range of new online tools with the roll-out of Mubito, a Malmö, Sweden-based firm which enables users to build sophisticated Web sites. The platform is cost-effective and allows customers to complete a Web project in roughly two hours with no conventional web training required. Mubito-built sites can deliver downloads, handle sales of physical CDs, merchandising and product bundles, and support a fan community. Monthly subscription fees start at €12.95 ($18.89), including all media storage and unlimited bandwidth. (Billboard)
