Managing the cost of digital tunes

Alot of mobile phones can play music today, but downloading digital tunes over the cellular networks is pricey. This week, two companies unveiled new ways to manage the cost of getting music on the go : Shazam, whose core technology is normally used to identify song clips over a cellphone and And Omnifone who has built the price of the music into the cost of the phones, for 12 to 18 months.
