Wireless operator Alltel introduced a new music service that allows customers to stream and download DRM-free digital music files from their home computer to their mobile phone. Alltel is charging customers $4 a month for the service, which is available only to Motorola MOTOROKR users, or $10 for a three-month subscription. (Billboard)
